These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ResistorGo application ("the App"), published by setghm ("we", "us", or "our"). The App is available on Android via Google Play, on Windows via the Microsoft Store, and on Linux via the Snap Store.

By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before use.

1. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the App — including but not limited to its source code, compiled binaries, assets, graphics, and bundled data — remain the exclusive property of setghm.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App. You may not translate the App into other languages, create derivative works, or extract any assets from the App's distribution packages (APK, MSIX, Snap, or any other format) without prior written permission from setghm. Assets shared between the App and its companion web page — including but not limited to graphics, icons, and bundled data — remain the exclusive intellectual property of setghm and are not made available for reuse, redistribution, or repurposing by virtue of being accessible on the web. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property associated with the App is strictly prohibited.

2. App Versions and Pricing

The App is offered in a free version with limited functionality and a full version with complete features unlocked.

Android — Google Play

The full version is available as an in-app purchase processed by Google Play Billing. The App requires Google Play Services to be present and active on your device. Without Google Play Services, functionality related to the purchase and verification of the full version will not be available, and the App will remain in its free version.

Windows — Microsoft Store

The App is available with a free trial period that grants access to the full feature set. After the trial period, continued use of the full version requires a one-time purchase through the Microsoft Store. Trial and purchase terms are governed by Microsoft's own Store policies.

The Windows version of the App requires elevated system access to function as a standard non-containerized desktop application, as is inherent to Win32 applications distributed through the Microsoft Store. This access is used solely to enable normal operation of the App and is not used to access personal files, monitor user activity, or collect any data.

Linux — Snap Store

The Linux version of the App is available with all features unlocked at no charge. If you find the App useful, an optional donation is welcome but never required to access any functionality. Donation options, if available, will be communicated separately and are entirely voluntary.

3. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services whose own terms apply to their respective components:

• Microsoft Services Agreement

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to keep the App accurate and up to date, the calculated results it provides are intended for reference and informational purposes only. You are responsible for verifying any results before applying them in a real-world context. setghm accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, arising from reliance on the App's output.

setghm does not guarantee that the App will always be compatible with future versions of your device's operating system, or that it will be maintained or updated indefinitely. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these terms will end and you must cease using and, if necessary, delete the App from your device.

5. Device Integrity

We advise against using the App on devices that have been modified to bypass operating system security restrictions (such as rooting on Android or jailbreaking on other platforms). Such modifications may compromise your device's security and can result in the App not functioning correctly or at all. Additionally, attempting to unpack or extract files from the App's distribution package (APK, MSIX, Snap, or otherwise) outside of its intended installation is not permitted and may cause the App to malfunction.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The current version of these terms is always available at the URL provided in the respective store listings.
